- When bills are submitted for pricing that contain less than the minimum data needed for pricing Artisan Claims will contact the provider directly to obtain the necessary information.
- When provider services lay outside the standard CPT or DRG pricing standards Artisan Claims will negotiate directly with the provider to determine a fair and reasonable reimbursement rate.
Custom Reports
- Artisan Claims provides an extensive array of standard reports based on bill data; custom reports are available to meet you business needs.
Guaranteed Turnaround Times for Contracted Clients
- Clean outpatient bills are priced within 72 hours.
- Clean Inpatient and Ambulatory Surgical bills within 5 days.
- All other bills within 15 days of receipt of missing information or medical records.
