Artisan Claims is committed to providing the highest quality of service for our customers and we take errors seriously.

We have a 2-tiered approach to QA.

The Prospective Approach - Tier One

  • Data entry standard is 98% or better accuracy measured at the field level.
  • Bill Processing standard is 98 % or better measured at the bill level.
  • Individual bills are selected on a daily basis for QA evaluation; individual statistics are kept by keyer; by contract; by bill type; by service type; by provider type and much more. Error rates are reported monthly and quarterly to each client and are part of our employees' compensation bonus program.

The Responsive Approach - Tier Two

  • Every error reported by each client is tracked using the same metrics as the prospective tier. There is no charge to our customers to correct identified errors and a supervisor is involved in the correction and evaluation of each error.
